The owner and founder began her career in compensation nearly two decades ago with the majority of that time at a leading global human resource consulting firms. She has consulted with many of the Fortune 500 companies including Coca-Cola, McDonalds, Harley Davidson, as well as many large not-for-profits in healthcare and higher education.

The MegaChurch Compensation Survey was created in 2006 utilizing biblical principles and best compensation practices and has grown to serve hundreds of churches since. Many participants have said it is the best compensation resource they have seen since leaving the corporate world.
