Create your own custom peer group of churches. Select a minimum of 8-10 churches from the current and/or prior year Church Compensation Report participant list to include in your custom peer group.

Note: There must be a minimum of 5 churches matched to report the data for any position. The more churches included in the peer group, the more robust the data. Indicate if you would like your church included in the results to ensure a higher number of positions with sufficient data.

Church Regression Analysis

Regression analysis uses a statistical process for estimating pastoral salaries based on church budget size. Only the most senior leadership positions are included in this report.

Competitive Market Analysis

Let the professionals at Church Compensation Services evaluate your job(s) based on information you provide (i.e., job title, description, org chart, budget, attendance and geographic location). The report will include relevant benchmark and scope cuts from the Church Compensation Report, Regression Analysis and Custom Peer Group Analysis, when available. If your focus is on the most senior pastoral jobs, this may be the best value and provide the most relevant data for your Elder Board.
