A Customized Salary Structure is a comprehensive compensation system designed specifically for your church, taking into account your unique roles and responsibilities, operating budget, geographic location, and organizational needs.

The structure includes all positions found in the 2026 Church Compensation Report or Multi-site Church Compensation Report—from Senior Pastor to Child Care Worker—and establishes defined salary grades with recommended pay ranges based on relevant church benchmarks.

Salary ranges are developed according to church operating budget size and adjusted for geographic location to provide a customized framework for your church.

Survey participants also receive a complimentary costing analysis comparing their current positions and salaries to the recommended salary ranges.

The Customized Salary Structure provides a practical, turn-key solution for developing and maintaining a consistent and competitive church compensation program.

The 2026 Church Customized Salary Structure is designed specifically for single-site churches. Survey participants are eligible to purchase the customized structure at the discounted participant price of $1,195, while the nonparticipant price is $3,585. When purchasing the 2026 Church Customized Salary Structure, you will select the operating budget range that best represents your church’s annual operating budget from the options below.

The 2026 Multi-site Church Customized Salary Structure is designed specifically for churches with more than one campus. Survey participants are eligible to purchase the customized structure at the discounted participant price of $1,695, while the nonparticipant price is $5,085.
